Welcome to Laurens Patisseries - a team of food manufacturing professionals dedicated to and empowered by the strengths of our people. We seek challenges to create innovative solutions which make statements demonstrating our commitment to excellence. As we grow into the 21st Century, we shall continually focus on the welfare of our employees, community and responsibility - a sensitive balance between personal and professional fulfilment.

We've grown to become Europe's largest manufacturer of chilled cream cakes, a multi-million pound organisation employing over 1,000 people, with Managing Director, Dion Liveras still at the helm of the company.

We manufacture a whole range of products including pastries such as eclairs and profiteroles as well as doughnuts, slices, tarts, trifles and potted deserts for leading supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Marks & Spencer amongst others.
